BLEU, a Blowdry Bar, is a blowout focused hair salon which opened in Old Metairie in September 2013. In addition to fabulous dry styles, blowouts and updos, BLEU has expanded its menu to now offer Tape In Hair Extensions, Keratin Express Treatments, Makeup Applications, and even On Location services for Brides and Wedding parties via its ” BLEU 2 U” service.
Unlike traditional salons, which offer cut and color, at BLEU, you won’t be greeted by the smell of harsh chemicals or sharp scissors, but by the lively music and the hum of blow dryers. A BLEU Blowout starts with a consultation with a trained member of the BLEU Krewe, followed by a relaxing shampoo experience. Next, your hair is sectioned and blown dry, achieving beautifully styled hair that should last for several days. We cannot wait to “blow you away!”
